Sepannjang Beach

Sepanjang beach is one of the beaches in Gunungkidul region which has the longest coastline in the region. The atmosphere at this beach is natural. Palm plants decorate the shoreline. Coral on the beach is still very good and well maintained. Vast expanse of white sand, extending west side to the east side, like the feel of the beauty of Kuta beach at the past.

When you enter the beach area, you will be greeted by a very jarring rumble of the waves and the wind singing sand beaches. But the real beauty of this beach is when the water receded. When the water receded, it would be a lot of rocks popping up, a wide variety of marine life can be seen here. You can play around with marine life that exist here, but be careful not to sea urchin thorn. Residents around the beach also often use seaweed as an ingredient in cooking food. This is the real beauty, which will not be met in Kuta beach.
